Hello Ross. I'm Dave, the fellow you helped last week putting a new rear tire on the 07 Electric Glide from Calgary. I want to impress upon you my deepest appreciation to you, and the staff/mechanics who got me safely back on the road. I've read the stories, heard the details of Harley riders who got exceptional service far from home. It rings home for sure when you see the dedication and satisfaction folks like your dealership gain from people like myself. I just want you to know, I made my final destination to Newfoundland, but not a minute went by that I didn't think about the confidence I had in the new rubber on the back.

I thought I would share with you my recent experience of your dealership, “Toys for Big Boys.”  My boyfriend, Jimmy and I left Boston headed for Nova Scotia on our bikes.  On day 2, I noticed that I had lost my directionals on my ’07 Fat Boy.  Jimmy found your dealership listed in the HOG Membership Guide.  So off to Moncton we headed.  We were greeted by Ross and company.  Before you know it he is giving us guidance on where to ride up in Cape Breton.  Meanwhile, they found that there was a recall on my bike and replaced the part.  So the service tech fixed my directionals and replaced the part that was recalled.  I’d like you to know that if your dealership was closer, I would do all my business at Toys for Big Boys.  You have a fantastic staff from service to sales.  I will admit that our opinion was a little biased as we wanted Ross to come on our trip with us!  We suggested that he was coming down with a cold and had to leave but he was a dedicated employee and wouldn’t leave! 

Prior to leaving the states, I had written HD Corporate about an unfortunate situation that I experienced with the dealership where I purchased my bike.  While I was on the phone discussing the situation with Heidi at HD Corporate, I’d like you to know that I informed her of my experience of your dealership and specifically the quality of service and the friendliness of Ross.  In this day and age, it is the little things that keeps a customer coming back.  I hope you realize that the most valuable asset your dealership has is your staff!

We’ll be sure to stop by the dealership again on our next trip to Canada hopefully just to say hello and pick up a t-shirt!

Hello Larry my name is Gerald Forest and I once worked for Roadway Systems Ltd and had an opprotunity to work on the new store look & set up.  I was one of the last staff from Roadway Systems Ltd to button up some loose ends @ the store.  I had talked to ya several times, thought I don't expect you to remember me.  I'm good friends with Tony Fitzpatrick and he led on the use of the kids track in the rear of the store.  I took advantage of the opprotunity to do so & now I would like to thank you as I should of done long ago.  Good on ya for the track and I'll make sure to send anyone & everyone to see ya down there @ TOYS!  My son's name is Ethan Forest, that was his first time on a track other than the field trail he currently uses around on my 1.5 acre corner lot up here on Steeves Mountain.  It was certainly his first time jumping and this picture was taken on his 4th trip around the track.  I guess No Fear! when your only 8 years old.  He had a blast and definetly wants at it again come summer.  Once again thanks and will be seeing ya in 09', Merry Christmas to you & your family and your extended family the hard working staff @ TOYS!

I just wanted to say thanks to Toys and especially Frank for treating me and my son so good the other day.

We drove up to purchase a used 2004 CRF50 for my two boys and Frank’s service and treatment of us was top notch.
